Patrizia Antonacci Campos — Founder

Patrizia Antonacci Campos is the founder of Brooklyn Consulting, a Paris-based advisory firm specializing in Law and M&A. She began her career in São Paulo, Brazil, at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, one of the country’s leading law firms, where she practiced at the intersection of law and mergers and acquisitions.

She went on to join Guarani and later Tereos, where she served as Director of Development, Legal Affairs & Strategic Investments, leading strategic development, legal affairs, and investment initiatives at a senior level. Over the course of her career, Patrizia has built deep expertise across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, advising on complex, cross-border transactions and strategic investments in diverse legal and business environments.

Drawing on this foundation, Patrizia founded Brooklyn Consulting in 2019 to offer clients the same rigor and strategic insight she developed in-house and in top-tier legal practice — this time as an independent, trusted advisor.

Patrizia holds a graduate degree from the University of London and an undergraduate degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
